The Second Exhibit

The second exhibit encompasses two different types of art, both of which are mixed media and were the result of collaborations. In the foreground we have these amazing wooden swords - designed by John (who was still in elementary school at the time) - carved by Rick and then embellished by John with marbles and paint. Behind the swords are wooden panels with comic book images (already an art form) circa 1990s/early 2000s (?) that have been glued in place and embellished...we just thought we needed a little color.
